SALES REPRESENTATIVE – TERRITORY MANAGER

Our company is looking for an experienced Bilingual Sales Representative/Territory Manager for the Quebec region. The successful candidate should be interested in a long term career within a professional working environment and will be responsible for expanding the company’s client base and contribute substantially to the incremental growth of sales.

Main duties will be:
Maintain an existing territory by supporting customers via onsite visits, email and telephone contacts
Determine customer needs and identify appropriate products to meet those needs
Actively seek and pursue new customers
Generate new leads and follow up to generate new business
Answer customer enquiries and provide information on products
Maintain prospect and client database
Attend trade shows, exhibits, sales meetings, conferences as required
Continuously upgrade knowledge of products, customers, sales techniques
Share market knowledge with the rest of the team

Essential skills:
Chemistry degree or equivalent
At least 5 years experience in a similar position in the laboratory industry
Must be fluent in both French and English
Organized and enthusiastic-able to prioritize and deliver results
Ability to find creative solutions to client problems
Capable of working independently and with a team
Strong work ethic
Extremely proficient computer skills
Knowledge-MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and database applications
Excellent verbal communication skills

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / INSIDE SALES

We are looking for a full time Bilingual CSR/Inside Sales representative for our Mississauga location.

Main duties:
Responsibility for order taking
Fielding and routing incoming calls
Preparing and following up on quotes
Processing orders, fielding inquiries regarding existing orders
Providing assistance to outside sales representatives
Doing telesales on special promotions and campaigns

Essential Skills:
B.Sc or a college degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline
Experience or understanding of ICP and ICP-MS standards
Familiarity with proficiency testing standards
Knowledge of CALA, SCC and possibly US EPA environmental methods
Extremely proficient computer skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and database applications
Excellent phone skills; organizational abilities
Experience in customer service
Knowledge of French is mandatory
2-5 years of relevant work experience
Capable of working independently
